Here we are at the end of the day focused on circling pictures about our day. Many of the children are singing while they work, "I went to the post office today, I went to gym today..." The post office building was closed because of Columbus Day so we "bought" our stamps from Ms. Marianne in the office and walked to the post office and put our letters in the big blue mailbox.

Later in the afternoon while in music class we had a practice fire drill. Students lined up and walked out with Mr. Rockafellow. Good Practice!

Tomorrow is a BACKWARD DAY. We will go to art and library at 9:30, then come back to cook - things we normally do in the afternoon. Our regular morning activities appear after lunch tomorrow. We previewed the schedule before we left today and will look at it again in the morning. I told the kids that I might wear my clothes backward and I will certainly walk backward tomorrow!
