Thursday afternoon Book Club
These girls are singing to "All together now'" using the microphone.
This handsome boy is dancing - doing some spins with our Speech Therapist. They have a special connection.
Our OT leads the children in movement songs and the Feel It Box. Children reach in to feel and then make a guess about what's inside using picture cards.
Our school social worker shows this student the wind up flashlight that was in the box.
Writing with the OT. Standing up to write can make a difference.
We liked winding up the flashlight to make it shine.

Tornado Warning........
At lunch and inside recess BEFORE the big tornado warning.......
Singing "All Together Now" this morning.
We were in the gym for an inside recess around 12:30 when the tornado warning sounded........we sat in our safe place (bathroom) for about an hour. We were all okay. We brought in toys and music, and popcorn and a drink. Can you guess where I was sitting when I took these pictures? On the throne! It was the only place left ! :-)
