We're back to school! And Day 1 was a success, thanks to all of you! Children were happy to be here, adults were happy to see them, and we began the process of becoming a new group and developing a routine. I welcome our two new students to our classroom this year. One was absent today; I hope she'll be here tomorrow.
Students showed that they remembered many things from last year. They got tired early in the afternoon and more than one let me know they were ready to go home. I'm tired too! :-) Tomorrow we swim!
