It is great to be back together at school. Everyone had a good first day back and seemed to slip back into routine activities. We did some reading, practiced spelling words, and counted by 5's with nickels this morning. In the afternoon we followed a recipe to make pizzas. While they baked, we measured and poured with rice, salt, and beans. I should have taken a picture of THAT! Clean up took quite awhile with 2 vacuums , a broom and many willing helpers.
